Raiders In Search of Excellence
Young people get their start each year in exciting and rewarding careers through secondary Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses. Whether students plan to further their education in community colleges, technical schools, or four-year colleges and universities, receive on-the-job training, or pursue careers in the military, secondary CTE can be the first step in a pathway toward productive employment and citizenship.
Students who strive for excellence in an advanced setting and are willing and academically prepared to accept the challenge of a rigorous academic curriculum should invest in this program. The comprehensive curriculum is designed to instruct students to become knowledgeable citizens who can write well, think critically, read insightfully, articulate their thoughts, and manage their time and responsibilities effectively. These are skills that will remain with them long after their high school career has ended.
